Attend a Zoom meeting

You will have received a calendar invite from our team for a meeting. Within the details of this calendar invite is the link to join the Zoom meeting. Click on the link provided

If you already have Zoom App

The link will launch the app on your computer. Alternatively you can join the meeting by entering the Meeting ID & Passcode into the Zoom App.

If you do not have the Zoom App

Click on the same link. this will automatically download the app on your computer. if it does not automatically download you will get the below screen. Just click on download & run Zoom

Once installed, open up the app

Click on ↓ arrow on the Enter meeting ID or personal link name field, then click on your Workshop Software scheduled meeting that is available

Enter in the meeting passcode (remember this is provided to you in the meeting invite). Then click on Join Meeting.

If you have logged in early, you may have this screen while our team logs in and starts the meeting in Zoom. Once they are ready they will “let you in” to the meeting and the screen will update.

Once you are in the meeting Zoom will ask your preference on audio settings – whether you want to use the speaker/microphone on your computer or dial into the meeting with a phone call.

You will need to share your screen with our onboarding coach, to do this click on Share Screen

Your screen will now appear with a green boarder, this shows you what the onboarding coach will see. NOTE: Please make sure you are logged into Workshop Software prior to the session starting.

We also highly recommend you record this session, so that you can refer back to the content of this meeting at a later stage. To record the session, click on the More option in the zoom remote control panel, then select Record.

You will also be asked to give remote control to your onboarding coach so that they can control the mouse on your screen. To do this click on Remote Control and select Workshop Software

To take back control of the mouse & keyboard click on Remote Control again and then select Abort Control

If you want to hide this control panel click on the More option and select Hide Floating Meeting Controls. To bring the control panel back again, hit the ESC key on your keyboard

Once your session concludes, to leave the meeting click on More option and select Leave.
