A follow up date can be entered when creating a customer invoice so that you are reminded to contact a customer in between normal servicing by running a report.
1. Before processing the customer invoice select the date you want to follow up from the Follow Up Date field. You can click on the ‘Calendar’ icon or simply type in the date into the field provided.
2. Click on the green ‘Note’ icon to enter a description or reason for the follow up, once you have entered the text click on the green ‘Done’ button
3. To view all Follow Up Notes, run the Follow Up Report which is found under Reports > Business Reports > Workshop Reports. Enter in the date period you are after, then click on the green ‘Printer’ icon to generate a PDF report.
