You can choose which vehicle body types are available when entering a vehicle. This article shows you how to add or remove Vehicle Groups in Company Settings.
Workshop Software gives you the ability to have a number of body types available to select from when entering the details of a vehicle. \nYou can add different product groups as necessary to increase the number of types available. 1. Click on 'Settings' from the menu options down the left hand side and then 'Company Settings';
2. Scroll down to the Vehicle Settings section, click on the arrow to expand this section. Click on the Vehicle Groups field.
3. A drop down menu will appear and show you all available vehicle groups that you can choose from. You can choose as many as you like.
4. If you need to remove a group, click on the x at the right of the group description;
5. Scroll down then click 'Save' to apply changes. Save button is located at the bottom right part of the page.
Good to Know
- You can find this option under Settings > Company Settings in the left-hand menu.
- Make sure you click Save after making your changes. If you navigate away before saving, your changes will be lost.
