If You Have Just Stared A New Subscription With Workshop Software, You Will Notice That There Will Be Trial Information In Your New Account,
This Information Is To Help You Understand How The Program Looks And Feels. As Well As Provide You With Trial Information, That Can Be Used In Your On Boarding Sessions, To Get The Most Out Of Your Complementary ON Boarding Sessions.
If You Would Like This Information Removed, Before You Integrate With Your Accounting Program Or Start To Enter Your Own Information, Please Send An Email To [email protected] With Your Business Name Trading Name If Different From Your Business Name Subscription ID Which Can be Found In Your Company Profile
1.Press On Your Business Icon Top Right Hand Corner
2. Select Profile
3. Press On The Subscription Tab
4. You Will Then Find Your Subscription ID Top Left Corner
As Well As Your Business Email, With The Request To Clear All Trial Data.
You Will Receive An Email Back Confirming Your Information, And The Data You Would Like Cleared. Once This Is Confirmed, We Will Remove Your Trial Data From Your Account.
Please Note: When Clearing Data All Information Will Be Removed Not Just Trial Data If You Have Imported Information Or set Up Mechanics This information Will Also Be Removed
