This article lists the MYOB errors that can appear in the Event Log and the solution for each.
This guide covers any errors that will possibly show up in the Event Log, referring to the accounting software you have integrated with Workshop Software - (found by going to Reports, Business Reports, Log Reports, and printing the Event Log.)
"IncomeAccountFreight linked account is required if charging freight"
Error: IncomeAccountFreight Linked Account is required if charging freight
Solution: Set up a freight account in MYOB.

"Developer Over Qps"
Error: Developer Over Qps (when Workshop Software is trying to sync too many invoices/payments at once)
Solution: Manual sync MYOB in Workshop Software once a day, for the contiguous days, until all data has synced over (Go to the lightning bolt in the top right hand corner of Workshop Software and click Sync MYOB)
