The Xero error 'Invoice not of valid status for creation' appears when the system tries to sync invoices that have been voided in Workshop Software. This article explains why no action is needed.

  Issue: When checking the Event Logs, the above error comes up after syncing with Xero. Reason For Error: System is trying to sync invoices that have been voided on the Workshop Software system. These are not missing invoices from Xero, as they have been voided and should not be syncing. Resolution: You do not need to do anything. These errors will stop coming up on the event log. They are there to make you aware that these invoices that have been voided and will not sync to Xero.
