WorkshopPay includes default messages sent when an Invoice is sent along with a WorkshopPay payment link to your customers. This article explains how to update default SMS and Emails messages in your account settings.
1. First click Settings (1) then Messages (2) In the left hand sidebar menu.
2. Scroll down to the bottom section called Payment Messages and type in what you would like your default messages to be.
Warning: You must include the placeholder %InvoiceURL% so that the link to the Customer's Invoice is included in the message.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
Good to Know
- Make sure you click Save after making your changes. If you navigate away before saving, your changes will be lost.
- Review your settings periodically to ensure they still match your workshop's current workflow.
