The Vehicle History Report in Workshop Software helps you review and analyse a Vehicle's service and repair history in one document. This guide will outline how to run a report and the settings available to format its content.
- Find the Vehicle you would like to produce this report for and open its Vehicle Page.
- Click the Star icon on the right-hand side of the Vehicle and choose Vehicle History Report.
- Select what information you would like to show in the Vehicle history report and click Confirm.
- Selecting Summary will reduce the length of this report and only show a brief outline of the invoices processed against this Vehicle, rather than a full description of each job.
- Selecting Print Total will add a line to the bottom of the report, showing the total value of all work completed on the Vehicle.
Below is what the report will look like with both Summary and Print Total set to No.
Below is what the report will look like with Summary toggle set to YES and the Print Total toggle set to NO.
Please note: if you have bundles (kits) set up then the bundle name will appear in the descriptions (i.e 45,000km service).
