How to run a customer balances report

This report will show you any clients that have an outstanding balance due.

1.  Click on ‘Reports’ from the menu options on the left hand side and then click on ‘Business Reports’;

2. Click on the blue arrow icon to the far right of the Customer Reports bar to expand the menu;

3. Select how you would like to filter the report – Contact Name, Name, State or Suburb – and the Older than Date and then click on the ‘green printer’ icon to open the report in a new tab;
