How to Search for Customer and Vehicle History
All processed invoices for a customer and vehicle can be accessed through either the Customer or Vehicle details.
Search for Vehicle History by Customer Details
1. Type the customer name into the search bar at the top of your Workshop Software page, highlight the correct customer click on to them;
2. Scroll down the page below the Customer Details and list of Customer Vehicles and you will see a list of all invoices created for this customer including any open invoices still in the Job Centre;
Search for Vehicle History using Vehicle Details
1. Type the vehicle rego or VIN into the search bar at the top of your Workshop Software page, highlight the correct vehicle and click on to it;
2. Scroll down the page below the Vehicle Details and you will see a list of all invoices created for this vehicle including any open invoices still in the Job Centre;
Vehicle History can also be accessed using the menu options down the left hand side of Workshop Software, simply click on either Customer or Vehicle, search for the customer or vehicle you are looking for and by clicking on the blue pencil icon you will open the Customer or Vehicle Details screen and can again scroll down to see a list of invoices;
Please Note: THis method will not display imported vehicle history. For imported vehicle history, you will need to produce a vehicle history report.
