Platinum - Head Office Companies Overview

The Head Office Companies tab lists all the branches linked to your Head Office branch on a Platinum subscription. This article explains how to link a new branch by sending it an access code, and how to email or open a branch from the list.

Platinum - Head Office Companies Overview This tab includes all of the branches that you currently have linked to your main Head Office branch. If you are expecting to see more companies here these will need to be set up and linked to your Head Office branch. You can do this by clicking the 'Envelope' button on the top right hand side: This gives you the option to send an email with the code needed to grant the branch access to this network. You send this email to the branch manager and then they can go to their branch Settings > Company Settings  > Dealer Access enter the code from your email and press 'Grant Access': Then they must press save.   To email the branch directly you click on the yellow 'Envelope' symbol: To access to branch itself you click on the green 'Arrow' symbol:

Good to Know#

• You can find this option under Settings > Company Settings in the left-hand menu.
• Make sure you click Save after making your changes. If you navigate away before saving, your changes will be lost.
