Workshop Software lets you change your password through the User Profile, Admin Group Users may also change Passwords and login Emails for any User.
Updating your Password in the User Profile
A user who is logged in may always change their own password in the User Profile. If you cannot log in you may request a Password Reset on the Login Page.
- Click the User icon (1) in the top right corner then select User Profile (2).

- You will need to enter your Old Password (A), select and confirm a New Password (B) then click Save.

- Your password is now changed and should be updated in any Password Managers you use.
Update any User's Password and Email
Members of the Admin user group may update the password and email for all Users in their account.
- Access the Users list by clicking Admin (3) then Users (4) in the left hand sidebar menu.

- Click on the pencil icon for the username that you want to edit.

- You may then modify the User's Email (C) or enter and confirm a new Password (D). Remember to click the Save button after any changes.

Good to Know
- New passwords should have at least 1 capital letter and be at least 6 characters in length.
- Make sure you click Save after making your changes. If you navigate away before saving, your changes will be lost.
- Review your settings periodically to ensure they still match your workshop's current workflow.
