The Stock Listing report will produce a list of all the products you currently have in stock or your complete product catalogue. The report may be run for all stock or you may opt to run it for a particular product type; stock, labour, sublet repair, consumable, accessories or tyres.
The report shows the;
- Item Code
- Product Description
- Brand
- Product Type
- Qty on Hand
- Cost
- To access the Reports screen click on Analytics (1) from the menu options on the left hand sidebar menu and then click Business Reports (2).

- Click on the down arrow icon to the far right of the blue ‘Stock Reports’ menu to expand the menu.

- Below the Stock Listing banner select a Product Type you want to report on, or for all products select All. Click on the Green Printer icon to generate the report, it will open in a new tab and you may then print it.

- Product Type (A): You may choose any standard product type or display all products.
- Location (B): You may filter to only products with a defined location or display all products.
- Offset (C): As the stock listing is capped at 10,000 products the offset may be used to produce a report for subsequent stock entries beyond this number.
- Print Zero Stock (D): If set to No only stock with a negative or positive Quantity on Hand will be shown in the Stock Listing Report.

- You can print or export the report results for your records or to share with your accountant.

Can I filter the stock listing report by date range?
No. The report provides a to the minute status of your current stock numbers.
Can I use this report to complete a stocktake?
This report does contain a list of all Item Codes and quantities but the Stocktake page will provide a better formatted printable document to check current stock levels and note any discrepancies while stocktaking. You may view this article to learn how to complete a stocktake.
Can I export or print this report?
You can use your browser's built-in print function to print the report or save it as a PDF. Open the report, press Ctrl+P (or Cmd+P on Mac), and choose your printer or select Save as PDF.
