Setting Up and Managing Customer Online Bookings

This guide will explain our awesome customer Online Booking feature where your customers are able to book themselves in any time – any place!
Please note: This feature is available exclusively to Gold Subscribers. If you are not yet on the Gold Subscription, click on your dashboard and select Upgrade to access this feature. Alternatively, contact your Account Manager for assistance.

1. To set up your Public Booking, go to Settings and select Public Booking.

2. From this section, you can configure all your appointment types.

3. You can also customise your branding and set your workshop’s availability.

4. At the top of the Public Booking settings, you will see a link. This is the link your customers will use to book appointments in your workshop. Copy the link to preview the page your customers will access.

5. When a customer fills out their details and selects a booking time, they will receive a notification confirming that their booking request has been sent.

6. You will receive a notification on your dashboard when a customer submits a booking request. To manage the request, click on the yellow bar.

7. From the dashboard, you can view, approve, or delete booking requests.

8. Click on the blue magnifying glass icon to view or approve the booking.

9. You can adjust the date and time of the booking if needed. If any changes are made, you can notify the customer once the booking is approved.

10. Press the Approve button to confirm the booking. An email or text message pop-up box will automatically be generated (depending on the customer’s preferred contact method), allowing you to share the booking details or notify the customer of any changes. Templates can be set up to simplify this process further.

11. Once approved, the booking will be added to your Booking Diary.

12. Assign the job to a mechanic by dragging and dropping it into the desired time slot on the calendar.
