The Burson Integration offers a seamless way to streamline job creation and part ordering within Workshop Software. With this integration, you can:
- Create a job or quote, then log directly into your Burson account to check part prices.
- Add parts to your order and return them to Workshop Software.
- Once a quote is approved, order the parts directly from Workshop Software without switching tabs or copying item numbers.
Requirements for Integration
To integrate Burson Version 2 with Workshop Software, you will need:
- Username
- Password
- Account Number

Step-by-Step Integration Process
Log in to Workshop Software
Navigate to Integrations > Automotive Integration > Burson.
- Activate Burson Integration
- You’ll see a prompt to activate Burson. Click the green ‘Activate Burson’ button to proceed.
- Switch to Burson Version 2
- At the top-right corner, toggle from Legacy to Version 2.
- Select or Create a Burson Supplier
- Choose an existing Burson supplier in Workshop Software or create a new one if necessary.
- Enter Required Credentials
- Enter your Username, Password, and Account Number.
- Select Price Option
- Use the drop-down box to select your Price Option.
- Note: This choice will update the prices in Workshop Software accordingly.
- Save Your Settings
- Click Save to complete the integration setup.
