THIS FEATURE IS FOR GOLD SUBSCRIPTION CUSTOMERS
As a business you may like to offer your customers the convince of a loan car while their car is being serviced, This service can be complementary or have a fee attached to it.
To set up Loan Cars Click on Loan Cars in the menu, then select Loan Vehicles
Open the Action menu “Star” on the right -hand side of the vehicle
Click on Add Loan Vehicle Then fill out the fields and click create
You can add more vehicles by pressing on the Action menu” Star” and following previous steps.
Once you have set up the vehicle/ Vehicles you will then see them in the Loan Car Diary.
NEXT YOU WILL WANT TO CREATE YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Go to Settings > Messages > Other Messages > Loan Car Terms And Conditions
Make sure all the terms and conditions you want the customer to be aware off are in this Field > Then Press Save
SETTING UP THE LOAN CAR AS A PRODUCT
To Set – Up A Product So That You Can Add The Loan Car To The Customers Invoice,
Go To > Products > Press On The + Button > Add Item Code > Description > Group > Don’t Upd, Qty Toggle To Yes > Then Add A Retail Cost If You Wish To Charge A fee For The Loan Car > Then Press Save
