Subscription Management Update
An update has been released that allows you control over your Workshop Software subscription.
At Workshop Software we want to make your, and our life easier, and this update helps to improve efficiency and control. Previously, you would have had to contact the team to modify your subscription if you wanted to do certain things such as add a new credit card. Now you have control over your subscription.
In the “Profile” on the Top Right menu, there is a new tab “Subscription” where you can see numerous things about your subscription:
You can see the basic details of your current card.
Click “Update” to add a new Credit Card.
Shows you the next billing date.
The “Subscription Status” area shows the plan that you are on, payment frequency, next charge amount and more.
The buttons allow you to carry out updated, for example, to change to Yearly. You can also cancel your account.
Cancelling your subscription will mean that you will have access to the system up until the next billing date, at which time your subscription will be cancelled. Of course, we don’t want you to cancel, and if you can provide us some feedback would be very much appreciated.
This is another improvement to help make the process easier, more efficient and streamlined.
