Workshop Software is trialling a very cool new feature that will save you heaps of time and make your workshop even more efficient.
It’s Workshop Software’s aim to help provide small to medium workshops the opportunity to compete in an ever more difficult market, and leverage technology to give you more time with your family, more money in your pocket and have a better business.
To this end, we’ve been working directly with Repco, Australia’s biggest supplier of Automotive Parts, to help Workshops be more streamlined and efficient.
This new initiative allows workshops to accept invoices and credits direct from Repco and implement them into Workshop Software directly, without having to touch the keyboard, or do a thing. Think of the timesaving that you will have because you don’t need to enter an invoice into your business system, it’s just there!
Also, because the invoice is computer generated, you can be guaranteed of its accuracy. No more entering in the wrong price or wrong part, the system does that for you , so you can be assured that you’re getting the correct information every time.
If, for whatever reason, you feel that you want to enter the invoices manually, you can turn off the function, in a setting in the Repco settings under integrations.
This new feature is currently being tested by a select number of clients and will be rolled out to all Repco integrated clients in the coming weeks.
