Card payments, online payments, or both
Your customers can make card present payments in person or via an online payment request.
Online payment requests are sent via email or SMS, depending on preference.
When clicked on, the invoice is viewable on a laptop, desktop or mobile device.
Online payment is completely free
Once activated, the online payment functionality of WorkshopPay is of no cost to you. It can be activated in the integrations section of your account.

Buy now, pay later
Customers can choose to pay in four installments using buy now, pay later.
Buy now pay later is enormously beneficial for both your business and your customer, as a customer can choose to get that extra work their vehicle needs, and pay for it later.
Plus, no cost to you. Pass on all fees to your client.
Full payment is always received
When the buy now pay later service is used, the workshop receives money in full overnight and there is no recourse on that payment, as the financier takes responsibility for the remainder of the instalments.
Easy reconciliation
Once any payment is processed, including buy now pay later, it is marked as paid in full within the Workshop Software system. This easy reconciliation will considerably reduce your admin overhead and improves quick and immediate visibility within the Workshop Software system.
