What do you see as the key benefits of the product?
The ability to access the software from any location. Being cloud based means as long as you have internet you have access to the software. We also have our mobile app so even mobile mechanics can use our software on the go.
Which features do subscribers mention as the biggest help to their business?
Most of the feedback I receive is regarding our integrations. We integrate with some great companies such as VV Garage, Vehicle Visuals, Presto from Westpac, Xero, myob, Burson’s and Repco that can help tie in other aspects of your business with Workshop Software so that it’s all in the one place.
How do you recommend the product and help automotive store owners?
It is a great tool both for new workshops and existing workshops wanting to grow their business. It provides so many opportunities to save time and resources.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time I go to the gym, to the beach, dance classes and study for my university course.
Which elements of living on Sydney’s Northern Beaches do you enjoy?
The beach and the lifestyle. Being so close to the sand, surf with Summer starting up is an amazing way to enjoy a more balanced approach to weekends.
What’s a quality film, book, show, doco, game you have watched or played recently?
The Queen’s Gambit – it is so good that I might even take up Chess!
What’s your dream holiday, post COVID?
Would love to go to Europe! Sipping wine in Italy and seeing a friend of mine in Ireland sounds perfect to me.
