New Invoice Look and Feel for Mechanical Workshops
Checkout this quick video about a new invoice look and feel where Workshop Software has the option to choose a new invoice layout.
You’ll not only see what the new invoice looks like, but how you can set it up in your workshop via the system settings. As always, Workshop Software is looking for ways to help workshops grow and evolve with our mission to “Make a massive positive change to the automotive aftermarket.” We continue to work hard for your workshop to provide an even better system, at no additional charge to you.
We have received feedback from the user base on improvements that we can make to the invoice layout and we have delivered on that feedback.
This new look and feel is designed for Workshops who perform predominantly servicing with invoices of 1 or 2 pages, although it can be used in any workshop setting. It has larger fonts and more spaced out lines on the invoice making it simpler for a customer to understand and read. It also uses all the settings that apply to the other invoice layouts such as “Hide Part numbers” etc.
This modern look and feel is easy to read and appealing to the eye and looks great when emailed to your customers. Your customer will feel more confident in your workshop with a professional and functional invoice, resulting in even more business and customer satisfaction.
The new invoice look and feel is available to all Workshop Software users.
