We’ve created a very simple, yet very effective Mechanic Clock On that will have your technicians clocking on and off jobs in a couple of seconds.
Plus, you can optionally use a BarCode reader to scan the barcode on the Job Card and the Barcode for the mechanic to save even more time (it’s super simple to enter the details via the keyboard too).
The clock on / clock off function in Workshop Software is super easy to use. You can have one or more stations in your Workshop with the Mechanic Clocking program already open so that a mechanic can simply walk up to the screen and clock onto a job in a few seconds. Plus you can select the specific job line if there are more than one line on the job card, this makes for accurate reporting.
