Sub-processors
The service providers that process personal information about our customers’ customers on our behalf
Last updated: 8 November 2026
When you use Workshop Software, you enter information about your own customers, staff and other people, such as names, contact details, vehicle details and job records. Our Data Processing Addendum calls this End Customer Data. The companies below process End Customer Data on our behalf to provide the Service. This page is the current list referred to in Annex 4 of the Data Processing Addendum.

Tools that hold your correspondence with us
Our customer relationship management, billing and support tools hold information about our customers and our correspondence with them. They are not used to store End Customer records. If correspondence you send us includes End Customer Data, the provider of the relevant tool processes that data only to store and display the correspondence and to let us manage it, and to that extent only is a sub-processor. You can avoid this by not including End Customer Data in correspondence with us.
| Provider | What it does | Country of processing |
|---|---|---|
| HubSpot | Customer relationship management, support tickets and live chat, which hold our correspondence with Customers | United States |
Services you connect
Third Party Services that you choose to connect to Workshop Software, such as your accounting package, are not our sub-processors. They receive data on your instruction and under their own terms.
Changes to this list
We give customers at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the Service before a new sub-processor begins processing End Customer Data, as clause 5 of the Data Processing Addendum describes. If you have a reasonable objection relating to data protection, tell us within 14 days of our notice by emailing support@workshopsoftware.com.
