Meet the team! Sussanah Teng: Workshop Software Customer Success Concierge
Sussanah is a new member of the Workshop Software team, having started in August this year to provide additional phone support and help guides for our subscribers. Get to know her better in this brief article.
What do you see as the key benefits of Workshop Software?
This can vary for each client, but for most, it would be the fact that it is one platform that a workshop can use to manage the day-to-day running of the business. Due to the integrations that the software has and frequent updates and development that we do, we are ALWAYS looking for ways to help our clients thrive in an ever changing industry, as well as the world in general considering what 2020 has thrown at everyone.
Which features do subscribers mention as the biggest help to their business?
Our automated reminder messages in the Communications Centre (SMS or emails) is one feature that is mentioned often. In a world where the end users (the workshop’s customers) expect intuitive service, this feature allows the workshops to set and forget a system that will constantly bring their customers back to them by helping the workshop be top of mind for their clients.
How do you recommend the product and help automotive store owners?
Firstly we want to understand what the store owner needs from the software to help them grow their business and stand out amongst the rest. For example, if they want to be able to send out mass communication to their database to notify them of a special offer (in turn driving sales through the door) then I would highlight all the features such as our Communication Centre as well as utilising our online booking diary (which they can integrate with their social media pages allowing customers to book in a service), automated reminder messages, and even our follow up reports.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love spending time with my dog and doing training exercises with her (I’m hoping to train her to be a therapy dog). For my creative side I enjoy a bit of crochet and also playing the saxophone.
Which elements of living on Sydney’s Northern Beaches do you enjoy?
The atmosphere, the space and friendliness of everyone that lives here!
