Sandra brings an enthusiasm and experience from previous roles after joining the Workshop Software team in early 2020 to optimize the subscriber experience by managing the team to focus on their priorities.
What do you see as the key benefits of the product?
Our product, the engine of the business, is the perfect blend of technology expertise and workshop knowledge, that allows our subscribers to focus on what they do best – service their customers.
Which features do subscribers mention as the biggest help to their business?
- Proactively notifying their customers of internal business changes e.g. hours of operation, service reminders, special deals etc by using our Communication Centre.
- The ability to clock on/off and import photos taken with our mobile phone app
- Our partnerships / integrations with well-established / recognised companies such as Repco, Burson, XERO, MYOB, Mailchimp, Presto, Vehicle Visuals, Vehicle Garage etc
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love spending time with family and friends outdoors – kayaking, snorkelling, swimming, playing tennis, going for walks, long lunches.
Which elements of living on Sydney’s Northern Beaches do you enjoy?
The relaxed beach lifestyle.
