Meet the team! Clint Easthorpe: Workshop Software Account Manager

Clint joined the team in mid 2021 to help contact more customers and bring additional value within subscriptions for Workshop Software users. A sports fan and fast car rev head, Clint is always ready for a chat about your workshop. He’ll be in regular contact with our customers to talk about their businesses and better understand how we can support them with optimising Workshop Software to achieve their goals.

What do you see as the key benefits of the product?
While the benefits are many in terms of providing efficiency and time saving support for many of the daily back office administration functions faced in the workshop. For me it’s enabling the automated background features within Workshop Software that will bring more value business our customers way

Which features do subscribers mention as the biggest help to their business?
Well it’s 3
• SMS schedule service reminders – providing that simple process of grabbing that valuable return customer
• Client booking portals – giving a customer direct access to booking in their service request and simply meeting the request within booking calendar
• Integrations with Suppliers and Accounting Packages – providing all the efficiencies that come with reducing data entry and complex exchange of non-compatible systems

How do you recommend the product and help automotive store owners?
How can we support you to grow your business through simplifying the back office functions, be it sending more business your way or providing the efficiencies to give you your value time back

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love my sport, especially watching my Rugby, swinging a golf club or hitting a tennis ball. I also enjoy entertaining family and friends at our home and of course enjoying all the spoils of living on the northern beaches of Sydney. My guilty pleasure is are my cars especially Mercedes AMGs which I’m brand advocate and club member

Which elements of living on Sydney’s Northern Beaches do you enjoy?
Being born on the coast of Durban in South Africa, I have always had an affiliation with the coast. So enjoy any activity on or around the water. I also love the laid back community lifestyle living on the coast provides

What’s a quality film, book, show, doco, game you have watched or played recently?
I’m always fascinated by different people’s behaviour and how intelligence can be portrayed in so many different ways.
So my Netflix Profile is filled with satirical comedies like Rake and Utopia aside from docos debunking scams or insights into business models like Dirty Money, Explained and Rotten.

What’s your dream holiday, post COVID?
Canada via Las Vegas with a stopover on the way back in Hawaii. As a short trip taking the family to Japan
