This month the team have focused on updating the software based the reports that customers have sent in to our support team.

  • Mobile App – Additional Samsung device models have been added to allow for the launch the mobile app camera function .
  • Australian Rego Lookup – You can now search for regos with up to 9 characters.
  • Bookings – When creating a booking, you can now add vehicles to a booking without filling in any vehicle specific data.
  • Supplier Invoices – You can now change Sales Tax to Purchase Tax in the Supplier invoices.
  • Customer Invoices – You can now add customer and vehicle details AFTER product items have been added to the invoice before saving invoice.
  • Automatic Reminders – Removal of the “You must specific a message to send” when a message is added.
  • HSY Integration – no longer requires a build date on the vehicle.
  • Bundles – When removing a bundle from an invoice that has singular product items (not associated with bundle) are no longer deleted.
  • Attachment Preview window – has been restored to its previous state.
  • Stock Orders – Products saved on a Stock order and later edited do not clear the stock order of all product items on the order.
  • Character limits in fields – Character limitations have been removed from nominated fields.
  • Mobile App “Limit Customer Information” – The editing of the customer / contact names when set to “yes” for a mechanic’s mobile app login no longer removes all other details in the customer profile in Workshop Software.
  • Labour line notes via Mobile App – The ability to add notes to specific labour line via the updated mobile app has been restored.
  • Add new product – Alignment has been updated.
  • Company Profile – Positioning of Text and Icons for the Company Profile & Log Out functions have been updated to minimise chance of overlap.
  • Supplier Invoices Credits – Validation messages have been updated when reversing a applied credit.
  • Service Advisor Set up – Validation messages have been applied to assist with setting up a Service Advisor profile.
  • DEALERSHIP SOFTWARE Units added to Unit list on processed Stock order – Unit will only be added to Unit List when Supplier Invoice has been processed for the ordered unit.
  • QuickBooks (UK Customers) – Validation Error “-37100” has been corrected.
