Take your customer communication to the next level by sending quotes or invoices straight to their mobile phones! Just follow the steps below, and you’re on your way to building stronger and friendlier customer relationships.
This feature allows you to SMS an Invoice/Job Card/Quote/Credit to your customer directly from Workshop Software.
1. Purchase SMS so that you can send out messages.

2. Open the invoice/job card, then press on the box with an arrow through it.
3. Select SMS Invoice or Job Card.
If you would like to SMS a Quote or Credit, change the Invoice type on the invoice.
Then follow the above steps.
4. Make sure the Mobile Number is correct, write your message click send
Note: To set a pre-filled message, Go to Settings > Messages > SMS Messages > Invoice SMS Text > Save
You can also set up different templates, to use in the SMS message, Go to Settings > Company lists > SMS Templates.
Press the green plus sign, enter a Description of the template, then add the message you would like to send.

5. Your Customer will receive a SMS with a link for the invoice.
6. Press the link to view your invoice/ Quote.
