Emailing Invoices – select from new contact list

Workshop Software have released a new update that makes emailing your invoices even simpler and more efficient.

The Customer Details have been updated to allow for additional contact information so you can store more email, phone and contact info for your client.

Then, when you select to email the invoice, you can click on the magnifying glass to popup a selection of email addresses and you can easily select one or multiple addresses to send the invoice. This is particularly handy when you have a client that requires the invoice to go to a couple of departments. For example, you might need to send it to the person you are invoicing, but also send a copy to the accounts department.

This can often help you get paid quicker and more efficiently.
