COVID-19 has had a global effect on business. Workshop Software being a global company servicing over 33 countries, we have seen the effects of COVID 19 in many places around the world.
It is important that our customers businesses have the least amount of impact from the pandemic as possible, and the team at Workshop Software have been working very hard to ensure that our clients get the best possible service. We’ve also received some amazing feedback from clients that our COVID-19 ideas for things such as contactless service and using the communications centre have been a great resource and have helped their businesses through this tough time.
For the Workshop Software team, it has been “business as usual”, although there are a good number of the team that are working from home. With our technology systems and even our phone systems we have been able to move people to work effectively from a remote location with basically no interruption, which is a testament to our systems and processes and the adaptability of the team. Of course, the support system with easy access by emailing [email protected] is an online process so we’ve been able to provide our usual great support all the way through COVID.
If you have any questions or comments, we’d be interested to hear your feedback.
