Your system is now live and active and you can use your system in an active environment. Your payment will be automatically made each month from either your credit card, or your Capricorn Account depending on how you set-up your account. Note that administration fees may apply if your payment fails.
The system you will be using is a continuation of your trial, so any information that you have entered into your system during the trial period will stay in your system and you can continue to add to that existing information.
There are a couple of options for you. If you’d like to clear the data you entered during the trial, we can clear the data for you. You have the option of clearing just the transactions, or deleting ALL the data (including customers, suppliers, vehicles, mechanics etc). If you’d like to take up either of these options, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the email Subject “Clear data for active system” and clearly identify who you are (including company details), and which option you’d like to clear 1. Transactions only or 2. ALL Data. NOTE: Once we have cleared your data, we cannot get it back, you cannot change your mind.
